This townhouse has a magnificent forested area view from the back porch and comfortably sleeps eight. Two can sleep in the master bedroom (with insuite bathroom) and a queen bed, the second bedroom is accommodated with a full size bed and the third bedroom with two twin size beds. In the living room, you can find a pull out full sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two. The townhouse features 19" cable TV in the living room and 13" cable TV in the master room. Guests can enjoy free unlimited local calling.

The townhouse is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort. All linens, bath and pool towel, pillows and blankets are included. The kitchen includes a stove and an oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Rental Policies

General Terms: • All check-ins are at or after 4:00 pm. and Check out exactly at 11:00 am or extra fees will apply • Extended check out up to four (4) hours, additional cost $45.00 – tax included. • All reservations must have at least 2 nights in order to be confirmed. • Minimum stay required: 5 nights on low season and 7 nights on high season. • Reservations with less than the stipulated nights will be subject to a departure clean up fee that will depend on the property size 2 bedroom properties: $ 65.00 + 7% sales tax: $ 69.55 3 bedroom properties: $ 70.00 + 7% sales tax: $ 74.90 4 bedroom properties: $ 75.00 + 7% sales tax: $ 80.25 RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Minimum stay: Five (5) nights on low season and Seven (7) nights in how season. All reservations less than the stipulated stay will be subject to a departure cleaning. Cancellations made (7) seven days prior to arrival in low season will have a penalty of (1) one night. Cancellations made (14) fourteen days prior to arrival in high season will have a penalty of (1) one night. No shows will be billed for the length of reservation request. GUEST REGISTRATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, the guest must provide a reimbursable deposit for the amount of US $300.00 on an imprinted credit card authorization as security deposit against any negligence, damage or losses in the property. The guest will sign an acknowledgment that if damages to the house or villa occurred during his/her occupancy, ALAMO VACATION HOMES of C.F. will charge the credit card and a written report of the damages will be sent to your office within (20) twenty days of the guest’s departure.
