Our St.Martin home is an exclusive Mediterreanen-style home with 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, screened lanai and a solar heated pool. It's completely furnished with AC, 2-Car garage, appliances and towels as well. A large patio overlooks the pool and is equipped with patio furniture. Home is equipped with Tv/dvd/vcr/ Stereo. Broadband internet, Walk-in closets in master suite and bed 2 and 3. All bed linen and towels provided. Local telephone calls are free of charge. Fully equipped kitchen. Seperate utility room with washer and dryer and Marble tops in bathroom are also included. Formal dining area Located in the Fort Myers Lee-county area of Florida it takes approximately 15 min to Ft.Myers and Bonita beaches and 15 minutes to Ft.Myers RSW airport. Sanibel and Captiva are about 30 min away. There are also numbers of golf courses in the area. Light, airy and stylishly furnished throughout. Ceiling fans in every room and on patio We have 'snow birds' but we also welcome families, groups,newlyweds and retired couples, and of course, anyone longing for the privacy and convenience that only a vacation rental can offer.

Our 3 bedroom and 2 bath luxury home consists of a pool bath as well of living room and dining area. The very new kitchen is equipped with granite counterops, stainless steel appliances and ceramic tiles throughout the house. The huge lanai is screened and features a private in-ground pool. We also provide you with a barbecue grill.

Rental Policies
We must receive a personal check, or payment by credit card for the first payment within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
A $300 deposit will be mailed to you within ten (10) business days of your departure.
