A 10 minute walk takes you to the Princeville Hotel, beach and restaurants (soon to be a St. Regis with full spa) as well as Hideaways beach. Hideaways is rated as one of the best snorkeling spots in Kauai! This complex has a nicely landscaped tropical pool, jacuzzi, gas BBQ's, clubhouse room and bathrooms (2 minute walk). The condo is situated in the back of the complex (no road noise) and is very quiet. You can hear birds, distant waves and an occasional chicken. Watch for Laysen Albatross nesting. Nine foot ceilings and windows allow lots of light and cool tradewinds. Beautiful travertine floors, new cherry cabinets, and solid granite counters in bathrooms and kitchen. We have all new ceiling fans and lights. For those extra steamy days enjoy watching a movie on the 47" tv in the air conditioned living room or relax to a Hawaiian music cd. The master bedroom has a king bed, 36" tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin with a 19" tv. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit can be locked off to rent as a full 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Ask for the discounted rates! Remodel will be done at the end of May with new pictures coming soon!

Full payment is due 30 days prior to check in. Last minute discount rates available!
$500.00 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking.
Full refund for cancellations prior to 30 days, except for a $25 processing fee. The $500.00 security deposit will be kept for cancellations with in 30 days of check in unless the house is re-rented for that time period.
