Stay of Less Than 5 Nights May Incur a Cleaning Fee of $85. Rates Quoted Here Are Base Rates, Plus 12% State Tax.Rental Policies
This full payment is due in full Forty Five (45) days from the check-in date
The $300 security deposit is due at the time of the signing of the agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. One week after checkout date, the deposit will be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
Cancellations must be no less than 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the Deposit. If less than 60 days, but at least 45 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If less than 45 days, Deposit will not be refunded. If rental payment already collected during the cancellation term, security deposit and fifty percent (50%) of rental payment will be refunded if cancel between 45-30 days from arrival day, and only security deposit will be refunded if cancel within 30 days from arrival day. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email.
