A luxurious villa, located in the exclusive gated community of Sunset Ridge community, only minutes away from major attractions, restaurants and malls. Twelve miles to Disney main gate, Universal Studios and Sea World 20 miles away (via the I-4). Orlando International Airport is a 30-40 minute drive away.

This villa has five spacious bedrooms, which consist of two master bedrooms(one king and one queen bed), a queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. Bathrooms are located in each of the two master bedrooms. The queen and twin rooms share the 3rd bathroom. All bathrooms have a bath and shower. A sofa bed with queen size also sets in Living area. This 5br/3 BA villa can comfortablely hold up to 12 people.

Accompanying this villa is a 25-by-15-foot heated private pool, perfect for those torrid days in the sun.

Cable TVs are located in three of the five bedrooms as well as the living room. Free wireless internet is available. Pool table and table hockey are also available for you at a seperate game room.

Stay of Less Than 5 Nights May Incur a Cleaning Fee of $90. Rates Quoted Here Are Base Rates, Plus 12% State Tax.

Rental Policies

This full payment is due in full Forty Five (45) days from the check-in date The $300 security deposit is due at the time of the signing of the agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. One week after checkout date, the deposit will be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned. Cancellations must be no less than 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the Deposit. If less than 60 days, but at least 45 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If less than 45 days, Deposit will not be refunded. If rental payment already collected during the cancellation term, security deposit and fifty percent (50%) of rental payment will be refunded if cancel between 45-30 days from arrival day, and only security deposit will be refunded if cancel within 30 days from arrival day. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email.
