This air conditioned villa in landscaped idyllic village setting is the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use it as a base for exploring the fantastic Gulf Coast area of Florida. It has an automatic garage door, so you can drive into and out of the villa without getting out of your car.
There are two bedrooms, the master having a queen bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds and built in Robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.
New bedroom carpets fitted this summer.
The living room floor has just been newly tiled and the vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. TV and DVD player.
The villa is at the head of a quiet cul de sac, and has just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.
The swimming pool has just undergone a $75000 remodel and looks fantastic.

Set in landscaped tropical gardens with a feature lake and water features, there really is an ambiance everywhere that allow for a peacefull relaxing vacation, but at the same time has facilities to enable great passtime such as the large heated pool/jacuzzi and sundeck area.
Two tennis courts, basketball net, ping pong, bar football, pool table, library, shuffle board, tourist information, putting green, jogging circuit, bird watching, nature trail. In short it has everything you need and is only minutes from shopping, beaches, bars, museums, water park, target, publix, etc.
