The very large master suite upstairs has a Jacuzzi tub facing the Las Vegas strip, an oversized shower with two shower heads, a walk-in closet, his and hers vanities, separate sitting area and private balcony with tremendous views towards South Point to the West, the Las Vegas strip to the North, and mountains all the way around with blazing golden sunrises and scarlet sunsets. The great room downstairs is divided into two sitting areas for ample of space. The home is equipped with cable TV, DVD and high speed Internet. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of space with stainless steel appliances, and is complete for all your needs. This home is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and gated neighborhood with alot of privacy. We have taken the time to add personal touches so that our home feels like your home.

Rental Policies
Reservation contracts are required with security deposit; balance due within 15 days of arrival. Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. LVR does not rent to anyone under the age of 22 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
A security deposit is required, which will be fully refunded after 10 days of departure, unless damages occur. There is a $160.00 cleaning fee. Please inquire. Cashiers Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date. A 50% refund based on reservation will be issued for cancellations made seven to 15 days prior to reservation date.A full refund minus an administration fee of 10% will be issued for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to reservation date.
