Rental Rate Notes
Deposits Reservations can be made by telephone or email, but these must be confirmed in writing and the letter must include deposit of 20% of the rental cost. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany the written reservation confirmation letter, including the $300 security deposit. A $300 security deposit, which will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, is to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance. The deposit will be refunded approximately two to three weeks after your departure. Refunds In case of cancellations, refunds on reservation deposits are: 1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund 2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund 3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available.Rental Policies
Rental Rates ... $199-$299/night .. $899-$1899/week. Regular Rates Vary for Different Seasons. Contact Us for Owner's Specials for Certain Weeks and Last Minute Deal. Pool Heat is optoinal $150/wk or $25/day extra if required. Stay of Less Than Two Weeks a Cleaning Fee of $110 Will Apply. 5-10% Off for Stay of Two or More Weeks Longer. Note: 12% tax will apply. Rates are subject to change without notice. $300 for reservation to lock the dates. Deposit will be refunded within 1 week after checking out in full if no damage found in the house and amenities
