Totally renovated 1870's cottage home decorated in a cottage/nautical theme facing the shore of Lake Erie. This one bedroom, one bath cottage has all amenities including washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. It also has a balcony loft bedroom with two twin beds and a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. From the covered back porch, you can view the Fairport Lighthouse and watch the ships and boats enter the Grand River. There is also a fire pit on the new brick patio that you can sit around during the cool evenings.
The Fairport Harbor beach is actually in the back yard of this cottage. The beach is managed by the MetroParks and has life guards, concession stands, volleyball courts, outdoor grills with kayak rentals.

Activities and Attractions
Fairport Harbor is located East of Cleveland between Mentor-On-The Lake and Perry, Ohio. The Grand River runs through Fairport Harbor allowing canoeing, kayaking and boating access to restaurants with entertainment.
Fairport Harbor is approximately 30-45 minutes away from the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Indians, and the Cleveland Browns Stadiums.
There are many wineries throughout the area and some will pick you up and take you on guided tours.
This is a small town that you can walk and bike safely to restaurants, stores and the Lighthouse museum.

Rental Policies
There is a $75.00 cleaning charge for weekly rentals. The cleaning charge for a weekend rental is $60.00.
There is a $350.00 deposit required regardless of weekly or weekend rental.
In case of cancellation, a refund of the total deposit will be made only if the property is rented by another party for the same date and time. The date may be changed to another date if that date is available.
