Rental Policies
Check-in can be any time on or after 1st day of rental period. Check-out time is 10:00 am on last day of rental. Door key will be mailed to tenant upon receipt of signed lease and rental payment. Pool & shed keys will be in villa. Lock all keys in villa upon departure.
A security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required at time of booking.
Deposit will be promptly returned at end of lease period after property inspection has been made. Once lease is signed, if tenant cancels, the deposit is forfeited unless another tenant is found for the same lease period.
