12.42% taxes $150.00 Cleaning fee Security Depsoit due upon Rental Contract signing The full amount of rent and taxes are due 90 dasy prior to your arrival. The rental fee become non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival. Accetable forms of payment are personal or business check, money order, cashiers check or credit card.
Security Depsoit of $2000 due upon Rental Contract siging
Secuirty deposit is refunded 14 days after departure of home and damages inspection has been completed. Full amount will be refunded without any damages. Any damages will be deducted from this deposit. Cancellation Policy The full amount of rent and taxes are non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival. In the evnet of an emergency, we will make every effort to re-book the home. If we are able to re-book the home during the dates you have reserved, the depsoit, rent and taxes will be returned to you in full.
