Rental Rate Notes
IF STAY IS LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS THERE IS A CLEANING FEE OF $50Rental Policies
Payment needs to be received for reservation. We accept Visa or Master Card.
We do require a Credit card for the $200 security Deposit for any accidental breakages, this will not get Charged unless there are any breakages and you will be informed.
In case of emergency cancellations no later than 48 hours for full refund. If Less than 48 hours 25% non-refundable. Unit will be inspected for damages prior to return of deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 3 day of departure.
