The beautiful recently remodeled kitchen and living room boast spacious cabin charm with lake views galore! The kitchen is tastefully equipped with everything you will need and seats up to 10 guests with ease. There are ceiling fans throughout for cooling things down, and a wood burning fireplace in the living room for warming things up! Put your feet up and enjoy some down time in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV with Dish satellite reception. RV hook-ups are also available for a traveling guest at an extra fee.
Spend your days catching some rays on the beach, splash it up while swimming and boating with family and friends, heat up the gas grill and barbeque your favorite flavors, and relax on the deck with drink in hand after a fun summer Lake Almanor day! Did we mention the paddle boat you will have to explore the lake in???
Bring the boat, this home has a buoy to tie up to. The owner suggests bringing a spring tie rope for the buoy. Seasonal sudden winds can develop putting strain on a regular rope tie. You will have access to the Hamilton Branch Boat Launching facility at no extra charge, it is located just minutes from the home.

Rental Rate Notes
Lower 2009 rates!Rental Policies
Payment for all rentals to be made by personal, business, cashiers check, money order, visa, or mastercard. Make checks payable to Prudential Lake Almanor Rental Properties, 289 Clifford Drive North, Lake Almanor, CA 96137. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashiers check, money order, or credit card only. For all last minute reservations, payment is to be collected the day of arrival by credit card and cash only. Rates do not include security deposit, cleaning fee, or Plumas County Room & Board Tax, and credit card transaction fees. This home is for sale and may be shown during your stay.
Nightly reservation deposits range from $300 to $500. Weekly reservation deposits range from $500 to $1000. Deposits are due at time of reservation and are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the check-in date. Deposits are refunded within 21 days of departure from rental. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival when booked in advance. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are due in full at time of booking.
Full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we can schedule new tenants to take over reservation. No refunds for early departures.
