Every Friday during the summer and special holidays when the Island has fireworks you will get a great view from the front balcony. This home has been totally remodeled from the inside and outside. This is the first time we put this house up for rental.

Our home on South Padre Island is the perfect place with plenty of entertainment. From dolphin watch to horse back riding on the beach. Go for walks on the beach. Visit the turtles at the Sea Turtle Sanctuary. Fishing is an adventure of its own, with many choices. Go fishing on your own or hire a guide. Fish in our bay or go deep sea fishing out in our beatiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. Visit our museums. Cross the bridge and visit our lighthouse.

Rental Policies
Long term rentals requre a deposit. short term rentals will have an additional cleaning fee.
A deposit of $2000.00 is required for long term rentals of one month or more.
Deposit will be returned upon inspection of the house. Any damage or missing parts of the house will be deducted from the deposit.
