Enjoy your morning coffee on the Mexican-tiled, covered porticito . Here, the enclosed front yard is lushly landscaped and furnished with Mexican pigskin chairs and a hand-mosaic cement table & benches.
In the evening, relax and dine on the covered, red-brick patio overlooking your personal oasis in the backyard, accented by a melodic, Spanish fountain. Here you will find a 72" glass-topped table with 6 chairs, a Redwood table with umbrella & 4 director chairs, and a Rattan settee with 2 matching chairs. At sunset, enjoy a walk down secluded paths through your personal acacia grove and cactus-viewing garden.
Experience a fully-equipped kitchen, uniquely accented dining room, brightly furnished living room complete with an easy-to-use fireplace (simply turn on the switch for warm ambiance), charming bedrooms, vibrantly tiled bathrooms, and a quiet, secluded office.
Your vacation office boasts a southwestern decor and is fully-equipped with a desk, high-speed wireless internet, a CD/iPod player, a ceiling fan with light, patio access, and a small library containing books about cowboys, the West, and life in Tucson and Arizona.
On the far side of the house, the beautiful landscaping masks an RV space with electrical & water hook-ups available for your use.
La Casita Feliz is surrounded by beautiful landscaping on a secure premises. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are also provided for your enjoyment and convenience.
La Casita Feliz is located in central Tucson just minutes from The University of Arizona, downtown, championship golf courses, Old Tucson Studios, The Sonoran Desert Museum, Mt. Lemmon, Sabino Canyon, the Saguaro National Monument, and everything else Tucson has to offer.

This is a very secure home. All doors and windows are protected with artfully-created wrought iron. The entire premises is enclosed and secured.
Stucco exterior with Mexican red tile roof. Mexican saltillo tile throughout home. All new furniture, appliances and decor. Southwestern cactus garden and native plants and trees.
LIVING ROOM: Flat-screen TV with cable. DVD player & a variety of movies. Ceiling fan w/ light. Fireplace.

Rental Policies: 50% deposit due at time of booking. Payments via PayPal invoice. Weekend rates are per night. Weekly & Monthly rates are for the week/month. Balance and cleaning fee (min. $125.*) due 30 days prior to arrival. *Cleaning charge increases with length of stay. In leiu of damage deposit, credit card will be held on file. $75. key fee for unreturned keys.
