Rental Rate Notes

$275-$550 per night plus 1% State tax. Possible discounts for more than one week. ($275 for one couple per night )

Rental Policies

No smoking or pets in the house. If there is a smoke smell found in the house after vacating renter will be required to pay $500 which is indicated in the rental agreement signed. If more than the number of people on the rental agreement are using the house then renters will be required to leave immediately and no refund will be given. Cashiers check and money orders are accepted as form of payment. Rentals within 45 days of stay are required to pay entire rental amount upon signing the rental agreement. Rentals 60+ days out are required to pay half down upon signing agreemnt and the balance is due 45 days prior to the scheduled stay. Security deposit for damage of $300 is to be paid by seperate money order or cashiers check. Refunds for stays 60 + days out will be given a full refund. If less than 60 days you will be credited for a future stay.
