Apartment is airy, spacious and beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. Each room has a TV with cable. DVD player in living room.
Be in South Beach is 5 minutes by car! This rental includes valet parking. We are moments from the historical art deco district, 10 minutes by car from elegant Bal Harbor shopping mall, less than an hour from some of Miami's famous attractions including the Parrot Jungle, the Monkey Jungle, The Miami Seaquarium, etc.
The Alexander has two pools, a tiki bar for casual dining and a gourmet restaurant on premise. Also a convenience store in the lobby, a gym, salon/spa and concierge services.

a refundable $500 damage deposit is required to book this property. Full payment of rental fee is due 30 days before check in by cashier's check only. No credit cards. No pets No smokers No rentals to parties under the age of 25
refundable $500 damage deposit upon booking. This will be returned within 14 days of check out as long as nothing has been damaged and no excessive cleaning is required.
21 day cancellation policy. If tenant cancels 21 days or more before check in, full refund will be issued. After that, no refund unless we are able to re book the property for the same time slot. $150 penalty for rebooking.
