downhill skiing and cross country skiing are less than a 10 minute drive from the home. hiking is right out the back door. (The "M" is one of the more famous hikes in the Bozeman Area). Cleaning costs included in rental rate Pet fees may apply on some rentals. 7% Montana Bed Tax will be added to the total rental amount 4 night minimum stay
Security Deposit is required for all guest stays. We will hold your check or credit card information until after your departure, but will only charge you in the event of damage to the property.
Cancellations are accepted with a full refund (less 10% service charge) if made 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made 60 days or less before a scheduled stay, we will do our best to fill the space, but a refund of the full guest stay will only be made if the vacation home can be re-rented. A full refund of the security deposit will be made.
