This single storey condo villa is located at Lake Marion Golf Resort which is situated on the beautiful Lake Marion, the resort boasts the use of 2 luxury pools and a childrens pool, one of the pool areas has a jaccuzzi, a clubhouse which features a pool table, ping pong, a gym, a TV area and wi-fi internet access.
Just a short walk and you are at the Marina which has lovely views across the lake and picnic tables to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
Back to the condo-villa, the front door opens into the living area which has a TV and VCR, there is a sofa bed which pulls out to a queen sized bed allowing upto 6 guests to stay comfortably. The living area looks onto the dining area and kitchen which is full equipped with all of the essentials that you may need. There are laundry facilities for your use (so no need to pack too much, save the space for gifts and souviners).
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 x twin beds which is suitable for young and the young at heart, there is a second bathroom located next to the second bedroom

Rental price does NOT include the resort tax at 12%. Deposits of $200.00 at time of booking (by check) or credit card (4.5% fee). Cancellations and Refunds $25 cancellation fee if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled 30-7 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival. The rent is due in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings confirmed within the 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. A security deposit of $250.00 is requested in the form of a separate check at time of paying the final balance (this will be refunded back to you after final inspection of the property).Rental Policies
