Cancellations and Refunds $25 cancellation fee if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled 30-7 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival. The rent is due in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings confirmed within the 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. A security deposit of $250.00 is requested in the form of a separate check at time of paying the final balance (this will be refunded back to you after final inspection of the property).
