While staying at our luxury condo you can take advantage of our private storage lockers, climate controlled underground parking and have access to the fitness area and outdoor hot tubs conveniently located steps away in the Northstar Village. Our two balconies offer a perfect place to keep watch over the lively activity occurring in the Northstar Village. Our Northstar Village condo offers ideal views of the mountains, roller skating rink and Village life.
The detailed touches inside our condo include: granite surfaces, natural stone fireplaces, rich wood finishes and expansive windows designed to bring nature inside. Come and enjoy our beautiful couches that you will melt into or read a book in our cozy recliners by the fire. Cook a great meal in our contemporary kitchen which could be stocked with all your favorite foods and beverages if so desired. After a great day of activities in and around Northstar, you can sooth your body in our oversize jacuzzi tub; lay back on one of our "heavenly" beds and enjoy watching TV on our flat screen TV's or just rest and take a quiet nap.

Policies • Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in. • Check-in time is 3 PM. • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. • All rooms are non-smoking • No Pets allowed! • Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
For the holiday season we require 50% non refundable deposit via casher check or money order within 10 days of booking and the non refundable balance 30 days prior to arrival via casher check or money order. Reservations under $1,000 require a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax. Reservations over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited. A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
