Description of the Property
This magnificent waterfront pool home is located in the upscale Neighborhood of Harbor Beach Inlet. It sits on 80' of intercoastal waterway and it is one short block to the beach. It is a light, spacious home with floor to ceiling windows all around and lots of natural light. The enitre home is built around the pool and entertainment area with every room boasting a beautiful waterfront view. The location of the home is untouchable. You are in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood and yet you are also in the very hub of all that happens in Ft Lauderdale (shopping, nightlife, beach, golf, fishing, watersport, theatre, downtown, etc). We are walking distance to the Broward Conventin Center as well as the Swimming Hall of Fame. We are also close to Las Olas Blvd, the performing Arts center and downtown Ft Lauderdale.
The home is furnished in high end contemporary style with nice neutral colors. It has all the extras you could wish for (Flat Screen TV's, home theatre system, espresso/cappucino machine, Wifi, Cable, Heated Pool, Huge BBQ area, etc).
The master bedroom is huge and has a king size bed, large dressing table, his and hers closets and a bathroom en suite. It also has large sliding glass doors which open onto the patio/pool area. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and all the bed linens are min 350 thread count.
The Second bedroom is also very large with a king size bed, plenty of closet space and it also has two sets of sliding glass doors which open onto the pool and waterfront.
The third bedroom is smaller and has two twin beds. For families with smaller children - crib rental is possible.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with sliding glass windows that open up onto the pool, BBQ and entertainment area. This is a great feature as you are always part of the action and never have that "stuck in the kitchen feeling".
The living room has beautiful hardwood maple floors and 6 comfortable leather chairs/sofas. There is an extensive cable package, flat screen TV's and home theatre system.
There is also a formal dining room which easily accommodates 8 guests.
The outdoor area is amazing. There is a large oversized heated pool , 6 sunbathing beds , pool noodles, floaties etc. There is a beautiful covered outdoor dining area with a big built in BBQ. There is also a great patio area with outdoor furniture which is great for reading, morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset over the water. We also have a dock (although we are restricted with the boat size as there is a fixed bridge)
At night you also get to see the big cruise ships sail past the house- It's awesome.
There is a full laundry room and double car garage as well.

We have all the extras you would be looking for from Espresso/Cappucino machines, pool toys, BBQ, Beach Chairs, Home Theatre System, Toys and Games, Books, IPOD Docking Station, Cooler Bags, Blenders etc. We also have boat dockage (although there is one fixed bridge so the boat size is restricted). We also have a full mini office with fax, scanner and copier. The pool is heated too.

We are right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale and close to the main Ft Lauderdale Beach Strip and Las Olas Blvd. Our closest landmarks are the Largo Mar Resort (just at the end of the street) and also Pier 66 Hotel and The Marriot Harbor Beach. We are also a short walk to the Swimming Hall of Fame, Broward Convention Center or Bahia Mar Resort. We are close to Malls, Shopping, Supermarkets, Bakery, Fishing, Watersport, Bicycle Rentals, Scuba Diving, Boating, Golf, Surfing, Kyaking, Parasailing, water skiing, tennis, Spa's, fitness Centers, Restaurants, Nightlife, etc. We are also surrounded by great restaurants, movie theatres, performing arts theatre, all the inercoastal waterways and water taxis. If you are flying in we are less than a 10 min ride from the airport and we are also conveniently situated between Maimi and Palm Beach if you wanted to explore a little more of Florida. We are also close to the Florida Everglades if you wanted to do some hiking, biking, airboat rides or similar activities. Of course, the biggest attraction is our own private neighborhood beach which is just a short walk to the end of the street. Beach chairs are available and we also provide coolers and beach chairs at the house!
