Full Refund less $250 if cancellation with more that 90 days prior to arrival date. In the evvent that cancellation occurs with less than 90 days prior to arrival date then there would be nor refund unless we were able to rebook the dates. In the event we were able to rebook the dates than there would be a full refund less $250 administrative fee.
