Description of the Property
If you are looking for a great place to visit and accomadation in Texas, then you are on the right page. We can offer you a luxury four bedroom townhome to stay and relax in.
Our house is located on the beautiful South Padre Island in Corpus Christi, just five miles away from the Gulf of Mexico, which is home to some of the most amazing birds, fishing and sight seeing in Texas.This makes you in the centre of some of the best locations to visit. If you are a winter Texan, then you will love our house for you well deserved vacation.
As stated, our house has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and is situated on the ground floor. The second double bedroom has doors which leads onto a balcony, where you can sit and admire the view. (see pictures) There are also two large twin rooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have lots of storage space for your clothes, and have remote control colour tvs in. Linen is provided too.
The downstairs is very spacious, with a computer, desk and workspace should you need to work whilst you are on vacation! There is a large lounge/dining room area with multi channel colour TV. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, dishwasher etc - everything you need, including the kitchen sink!
There is a utility room in which you can do your laundry, it has a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes hanging space and iron and ironing board.
On ground level there are doors leading out on to the balcony and boat dock, together with a barbeque waiting for you use after a day's fishing! There is also table and chairs, and balcony lighting for those darker evenings.

USS Lexington
Take a tour and read about "The Blue Ghost", check the Ship's store for some fine memorabilia and gift items or make your reservations to Live Aboard for an exciting overnight stay with your youth organization. The museum is open seven days a week, except Christmas Day.

Rental Rate Notes
House Regulations 1.The boat dock is used at your own risk, there are NO lifeguards on duty. Children will need to be supervised (watched), and YOU are responisible for their safety. We have provided a life ring (buoy) for your safety. 2.Please check your shoes and feet for any tar, all units are checked before and after each stay, any damage to the unit will be taken out of the security deposit. 3.Please be considerate to our neighbours, keep noise down to a minimum. 4.We do NOT allow pets. Violators will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. 5.Do not remove towels, dishes, furniture, etc. from the unit. Inspections are done before and after each guest. 6.Feeding seagulls is fun. If you feed them, please do so from the beach or sand dunes. Feeding seagulls from the balcony is dangerous. 7.Please do not exceed 8 people in the house, you will be asked to leave with no refund. 8.Strictly NO SMOKING, it is much more fun smoking on the balcony (please do not throw cigarette butts in the water) We thank you for your consideration, and hope you have an enjoyable stay.Rental Policies

Send 1/3 the total rental amount upon booking via PayPayl, and the remaining 2/3 plus an additional separate $100 refundable security deposit at least three weeks prior to arrival. Security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of departure, once the house has been checked.
Initial 1/3 rental deposit is non refundable. $100 security deposit will be held until the maid has reviewed the condition of our home. Deposit will be refunded if all is well and you have / Put away household items you got out / Removed all your items from refigerator and freezer / Turned off appliances / Set thermostat to not run much / Taken kitchen trash to downstairs container / Left key with the Rental Management Company and locked door / Departed by noon / Ensure all carpets remain clean and free from tar. All these things must be done as our cleaner has limited hours to clean the entire house before the next guests arrive. We thank you for your cooperation in keeping our home in good shape.
