Truly yester-year revisited with the comforts of today.I t's got it all. Magnificant mountain & lake views, swimming pool, sauna, beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy log cabin. .

Better than new the cabin features granite counter tops; tile & wood floors, a working "authentic wood cookstove'" plus conventional oven and jenn aire range; microwave; washer/dryer, dishwasher, claw foot tub/shower, pull chain commode, pillow top beds, feather pillows & comforters, sauna and a swimming pool.

Cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bedroom features king size pillow top bed. Loft has two queen size pillow top beds. On main floor is the most comfortable queen size futon you'll ever sleep on. There's room for 2+ more with a seperate but on-site one bedroom 3/4 bath apartment and full RV hook-ups for a total of 10-14, at additional rates

Cabin and apartment opens out to dramatic Cascade Mountain Range view and overlooks Lake Osoyoos. Enjoy the Okanogan peace, quiet, heat, fishing, Ice fishing, hunting, biking and hiking . Cabin is on a 20 acre property withiin a wildlife preserve. Watch the deer or moose amble by, hear the meadowlarks sing.

Only 20 minutes away from downtown Osoyoos, BC with amusement parks & ice arena for the kids and winery tours, nightlife, shopping & boating for the adults.

Important Note: Outdoor Fires And/or Fireworks are seasonally Prohibited in Okanogan County During Spring/summer/fall FIRE Season. ANY Violations are subject TO Monetary Penalty which WILL BE Assessed to the actual Violating Parties. Damages Costs DUE TO Violation, if any, WILL BE Assessed TO Actual Violating Party.

On-Site Amenities

The cabin is on 20 acres providing perfect privacy, peace and quiet or for weddings, family & friend get togethers & parties. Try your hand on the authentic kitchen wood cookstove. Have your own retreat for friends wanting to tour the Okanogan wine circut.

In the summer get out of the heat and into the pool or in the winter get out of the cold and into the sauna. There is also a 1 bed 3/4 bath apartment with full RV hook-up availabe on site for an additional rate. There's a huge VHS/DVD library on site or a small library for your reading pleasure.

You'l be just minutes from City of Oroville, WA and Osoyoos BC.

Enjoy the private city park with free boat launch in Oroville or Osoyoos's amusement parks & ice arena for the kids and, winery tours, shopping and boat/sea-do rentals for the adults.

The site is located on wildlife preserve, it's a wonderland for bird watchers, spotting deer & moose, hiking, trail biking and cross country skiing.

Community down-hill ski mountain is just 7 miles away or try out the two world class down hill ski resorts Apex and Mt. Baldy just across the border.

Check out the Molson Ice Fishin Festival in February, the "run for the border" motorcycle trip from Wenatchee to Oroville in July, the Osoyoos Lake Hydro-plane races in August or the Oliver , BC wine festival in September. Just 3 miles up the road in Molson is a 4 story musuem filled with antiques from the regions pioneers that's open all summer & don't miss the Molso ghost town open all year long.

Initial deposit can be paid by personal check or paypal, visa or mastercard; 50% final deposit must be paid within 48 hours days of occupancy and paid by either cashier's check or PayPal. Other Fees: Damage Deposit - Agreement to reimburse owner for all damages must be executed prior occupancy. IMPORTANT NOTE: OUTDOOR FIRES AND/OR FIREWORKS ARE SEASONALLY PROHIBITED IN OKANOGAN COUNTY DURING SPRING/SUMMER/FALL FIRE SEASON.
