The third bedroom features a set of twin beds, ceiling fan, and satellite TV. This bedroom connects to the hall bath. All bedrooms include bed and bath linens for your use.
The living and dining areas both feature large sliding glass doors, which open into the courtyard. The kitchen/dining area features a table that seats six, fully equipped kitchen, and full-sized washer and dryer. A relaxing family vacation awaits you in this totally furnished home with satellite TV, available wireless hi-speed internet, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, games, books and more!

Rental Policies
Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. These times can be flexible - just ask. Rental rates are per week - 1 week is 7 nights rental. Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Discounts for multiple weeks, monthly or seasonal rentals. Departure cleaning fee is included in rental charge. A 20% deposit is required to reserve home at time of booking. A $500 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. The balance of rental fees is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 security deposit is refunded with two weeks after house has been cleaned, all property accounted for, and keys are returned.
