The entire home comes complete with all linens, bath towels, beach towels and fully appointed kitchen and dining area.
Enjoy the World famous La Quinta Avenida, Playa's pedestrian only street filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment from around the World. Playa del Carmen is perhaps one of the most unique cities you will ever enjoy and from MI CASA Janet all is accessible via relaxing stroll. The best beaches in town are located just in PlayaCar and offer the white sand beaches and turquoise waters, unmatched by any other location.
You will be met by our staff upon arrival and given a complete tour of the home and property amenities. All rentals also include maid service, delivery of bottled drinking water to your door and a local cell phone for your use while staying with us. At least 60 day advance notice is full refund less processing fee of $300. Please see our reservation contract or on our website for payment and refund policies. Vacation Travel Insurance is also available.
