Rates in US funds. We require 50% of the total amount due upfront to secure the rental along with a $300 refundable security deposit, and $85 cleaning fee. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, providing no damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival. If cancellation occurs with less than a 30-day advance notice, the guest will loose 50% of the total amount. Checks or money orders are acceptable. Complimentary telephone service available to make local or long distance calls, as well as International call to over 61 Countries.
