This is the perfect beach location in Miami Beach. We are located directly between South Beach and Bal Harbour being under 10mins to each. The Bel Aire sits directly on the ocean in Miami Beach and our unit (which is a preferred corner unit) has unobstructed ocean views from the living area, the kitchen and the master bedroom. There is a private glass balcony which connects both the living area and the master bedroom offering gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. There is an additional balcony off of the guest bedroom which faces west and overlooks the city and the intracoastal waterway. Every where you look there are gorgeous views, you do not look at another building. Our unit is a split bedroom floor plan with floor to ceiling windows throughout and marble flooring. The kitchen is of modern open design with large stainless steel refridgerator and dishwasher, there is also a small breakfast bar casual dining plus a small dining table for more intimate dining. The Bel Aire in Miami Beach was built in 2004 and the building and our unit are in immaculate condition. Our apartment has everything you need for your stay, bed linens, washer and dryer, silverware, coffee maker, beach towels, 4 beach chairs and umbrella, hairdryer, pots and pans, cable tv and internet connection. The building has a very nice gym, lovely oceanside pool with direct private access to the beach. We also have a jacuzzi and barbque facilities. Parking is included for the duration of your stay.

On-Site Amenities

The Bel-Aire on the Ocean in Miami Beach has 24hr valet service and 24hr front desk personnel. Directly across the street is a great bagel shop where you can have breakfast and lunch, a dry cleaners, UPS store. Within a 5 minute walk there is a great pub/restaruant called Normans where you can have breakfast lunch and dinner. This area is rife with many Brazilian/Argentinian restaraunts as well as more American fare like Subway and IHOP. There is a huge supermarket (Publix) 3 blocks away at Collins and 68th. If you need transportation Collins Avenue is great for hailing a cab or jumping on a bus. Opened in 2009 is the amazing Canyon Ranch hotel, spa & condos. Canyon Ranch offers a 70,000 sq ft spa (for residents and hotel guests only) the public are welcome at Canyon Ranch restaurants, but this is a fantastic addition to the neighbourhood.

Rental Rate Notes

Rates vary depending on season and length of stay. Winter is the peak time in Miami when rates will be at their highest (Beginning Oct- end March) Summer is our quiter period when rates will be the lowest (June, July, August & September) April & May are beautifull months to be on the beach. *Holiday periods such as Christmas, New Years and major events (Art Basel, Miami Boat show etc) will be offered at a premium. Make us an offer on all of our rates. A $500 refundable security deposit is required with all vacation stays, regardless of length of stay. A $100 cleaning fee is in addition to any and all agreed upon rates.

Rental Policies

Your vacation is ready to enjoy!! The beach is at your doorstep. Freshly laundered linens are already on the bed with extra linens and pillows for each room. Lush bathrobes are also provided. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are all provided as are beach towels. Cleaning supplies (dishwashing & laundry detergent are provided). You will be staying in my home as my guest. please treat my home as you would expect yours to be treated. -Rent shall be paid in advance before arrival and in US ($) funds. -All rentals will require a fully refundable security deposit of $500, which will be refunded to you upon your leaving and inspection of apartment. -All rentals will have a $100 cleaning fee added to the agreed upon rate and for any duration. Please understand i am blocking this time for you. I understand life circumstances often require unexpected cancellations. If you cancel one month prior to your arrival any paid security deposit shall be fully refunded. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to your arrival 80% of any paid security deposit shall be refunded. Cancel 1 week prior to your arrival and 50% of any paid security deposit shall be refunded. Cancellations of less than one week will result in the forfeiture of security deposit.
