Rental Policies
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Reservations and cancellations requests should be sent in writing via fax, hand deliver or e-mail, with complete names, dates, guests per house and type of accommodations.
* Cancellations made (7) seven days prior to arrival in low season will have a penalty of (1) one night.
* Cancellations made (14) fourteen days prior to arrival in high season will have a penalty of (1) one night.
* Cancelations and changes in holiday Season (30) days prior to arrival date in high season will have a penalty of 50% of the full payment.
* 14 days prior the arrival date and/or NO shows will be billed for the full length of stay plus tax.
All check-ins are after 3:00 pm. and Check out exactly at 12:00 pm or extra fees will apply.
HOUSEKEEPING: All units will be professionally clean after each departure. All reservation less than the stipulated stay will be subject to a cleaning fee. If a guest requires an additional cleaning within their stay extra fees will apply.
Partial cleaning $ 25.00 plus Tax (By guest request)
Full cleaning $ 45.00 plus Tax (By guest request)
PAYMENTS: All units should be prepaid in full 14 days prior to guest arrival by USA checking account check, cash, credit cards (has an additional charge of 5%) or wire transfers. (Please ask the information)

Acqua Residences: all ours unit are set to have internet, cable and local calls
Monte Carlo: all ours unit are set to have internet, cable and the local calls has an extra charge of $0.50
Nativa: all ours unit are set to have cable and local calls
SMOKING AREA: Smoking is only permitted in the balcony or in assigned areas. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
PET POLICY: Sorry, no pets are allowed in any of our property. GUEST REGISTRATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, the guest must provide a reimbursable deposit for the amount of US $250.00 on an imprinted credit card authorization as security deposit against any negligence, damage or losses in the property. The guest will sign an acknowledgment that if damages to the properties occurred during his/her occupancy, ALAMO VACATION HOMES will charge the credit card and a written report of the damages will be sent to your office within (20) twenty days of the guest’s departure.
