Situated a little off the bank in the Beverly Beach community, Moonlight House's understated elegance and coziness will quickly become your favorite vacation locale. Gather around the enormous granite topped countertops and invite all to participate in culinary adventures. Whether you set the formal dining table, the more casual breakfast nook or opt for a barbecue outside on the porch, Moonlight Houses' intimate setting will inspire conversation and thought. With your after-dinner drinks in hand, walk down to the beach via the community steps to the waters of Holmes Harbor as you watch the evening sun bouncing off the placid rippling waves of this protected harbor. Or my favorite, bring your coffee mug in the morning and nestle on one of the seats tucked away on the steps as the sunrise warms your soul. Moonlight house has all the comforts of your own home, punctuated with an emphasis on relaxation and family/friend time. Challenge others to a board or card game, listen to our eclectic music collection, watch a Mariner's game or catch-up on news while unwinding between island activities. The Moonlight Houses' master-suite features a king size bed (can be changed to 2 singles if needed), luxury linens, French doors on an open forest full of birds, deer, squirrels, and chipmunks, a television set, and a quite seating area, walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa tub, walk in shower with seating and double sinks. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed, luxury linens, forest facing windows and shares a bathroom with the bonus room which features a futon, a built in seating bench and a 'take one leave one library'. You'll find the most usefull feature is our home office. Close the French doors and you have a private space to check in with your business office, wireless internet, a desk to work from , a music selection of jazz and classical, a reference library varying from the sciences to classic literature. Curl up in solitude on the love seat and reacquaint yourself with Hemmingway or Twain.

Activities and Attractions
The Village of Langley Chamber of Commerce hosts many yearly events 7+ miles away, Choochokam Arts Festival in July, the Writer's Conference in March and Mystery Weekend in February are my favorites. While strolling through this quaint town visit the unique gift shops (my favorite new one this year is the wine store on Second Street, which features only Washington State wines), antique stores and at the top of the bluff see if you can spot a killer or gray whale pod languidly feeding in Saratoga Pass. Try out the breakfast or lunch at The Braeburn Cafe, also on Second Street. Coupeville 23 miles away has some of the best restaurants for sampling the island renowned Penn Cove Mussels, visit the Block House Museum and take a walk to the end of the pier viewing a whale skeleton hanging high in the rafters. Greenbank Farms 12 miles away features miles of walking paths among herds of sheep and alpaca, most weekends in the summer you'll glimpse a wedding party. Check out the Cheese Shop, wine-tasting and sit down for a local berry pie in the cafe'. Fill your basket with fresh produce at the local Farmer's Market. A children's favorite is Fort Casey, 21 miles away: where they can collect driftwood along the shore and, explore the nooks and crannies of this old Army Battery. On balmy summer days the old parade grounds are a site with billowing kites. Walk up to Admiralty Head Light House and imagine yourselves living a light house keepers life before electricity was a common occurence. Embark on the Port Townsend Ferry (1 hour 16 min), which lands right in the middle of this bustling old Paper mill town that is quickly becoming a great summer day trip for many Washingtonians. If you drive on, visit Fort Worden State Park and Point Wilson Lighthouse 2 miles away. Deception Pass 42 miles away and Deception State Park :have some of the most spectacular views on the West Coast.

$250.00 refundable damage policy for weekly and monthly rentals $100.00 refundable damage policy for weekend and daily rentals Barring any damage beyond normal wear and tear, deposit returned 7 days after rental 1 night deposit required to hold at the daily rate, plus 1/2 of damage fee Full payment due 5 days before rental
Cancellation 14 days ahead will only result in a $75.00 rebooking fee With-in the 14 days: you will be charged for half your stay unless we can fill the time with other guests
