Enjoy the privacy of our 2 very large master suites with 5 piece bathrooms (one with jetted jacuzzi tub) and king sized beds and beautiful view! Bring the kids and put them in the downstairs bedrooms where they can have their own bathrooms and enjoy the new large screen TV, pool table and shuffleboard while the adults hang out in the hot tub or in the impressive great room by the gas fireplace and bar area.

Rental Rate Notes
7 night minimum rental for Holiday season, December 22 thru January 5 . 4 night minimum for the rest of the season. Book for 7 nights, pay for 6!!! Excluding holidays. Discounts for payment in full (including security deposit) up front.Rental Policies
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
$1000 deposit required to hold reservation. 1/2 payment required 60 days in advance, final payment required 30 days in advance.
CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
