This is an ocean front home in Key Largo, Florida. The house is fully furnished, including a washer and dryer. There is central air conditioning and reverse heat. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom upstairs, the other downstairs. There are no bathtubs, just showers). There is a huge balcony with unobstructed ocean views. Swimming is right off the house; however there is no sandy beach, just coral rock. Nevertheless, it is easy to enter and exit the water. Also, there is a 30 foot boat dock. This is a great location-close to Miami and shopping nearby.

Our house is only about an hour away from Miami and about two from hours from Key West. All water sports are available within a short drive. The John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is about a 10 minute drive away. There are many great restaurants nearby as well.

The house may be rented for a minimum of 14 days, but also for seasonal rental. Price is negotiable for seasonal rental.Rental Policies
No smoking or pets please. Please let us know if you have young children. For weekly and monthly rentals, utilities are included. For seasonal rentals, the utilities are not included.
For two week rentals, a one week deposit is required in advance. For monthly rental, half of the money is required in advance. For seasonal rental, a month of deposit is required in advance.
