After a night out at one of the many restaurants (some within easy walking distance) or dancing downtown you can return to your private hot-tub and relax while you watch shooting stars. Rental Rate Notes

Security Deposit: The Security Deposit paid by Occupant as set forth above will be held by Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals pending completion of your occupancy and compliance with your rental agreement. If no damage has been incurred and if no other charges are due and unpaid under this Agreement, or if any other portion of the Security Deposit is due to be refunded to Occupant, then SBLR will refund the security Deposit within ten (10) calendar days after Occupant vacates the Premises. SBLR may use all or any portion of the Security Deposit as is reasonably necessary to cure any non-sufficient funds fees or other sums which are due hereunder; for repair of damage caused to the Premises, excluding ordinary wear and tear, caused by Occupant or Occupant’s guests; to clean the Premises and/or replace personal property damaged or lost during Occupant’s possession of the Premises. Within twenty one (21) calendar days after Occupant vacates the Premises, SBLR shall furnish Occupant with an itemized statement indicating the amount withheld from the Security Deposit and the basis and reasons for the withheld amount.
Changes, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Occupant acknowledges that SBLR is acting as the agent for the Owner of the Premises. SBLR reserves the right, if the Owner requests, to cancel or change Occupant’s reservation at any time for any reason. In such event, if SBLR is unable to locate and arrange other similar and suitable accommodations for Occupant, then all funds paid for reservations or other charges shall be refunded to Occupant. If Occupant cancels the reservation or otherwise terminates this Agreement prior to occupying the Premises, then SBLR shall be entitled to retain the reservation fee unless the Premises are re-rented to another party at the same price. If the Premises are rented to another party at the same or greater price as agreed upon by Occupant, then the amount of the refund shall be equal to reservation fee less 10% of said amount to be retained by SBLR as a cancellation fee. If the Premises are re-rented for less than the amount agreed upon by Occupant, then Owner shall be entitled to retain the amount of the deficiency calculated by amount of agreed upon rent less the amount of rent received from a third party, plus the cancellation fee.
