Including the Gourmet Kitchen, all stainless steel appliances and island with seating for four; dining table for eight, this oversized Great room with all new furniture creates a fabulous space for visiting, playing games, watching TV, or just "limin".
The unique multi-level design of this elegant Villa provides maximum privacy inside and out, so guests can enjoy as much privacy or togetherness as they choose. To assist you on your way to your vacation in paradise, our Guest Greeter will meet you at the airport. Then you will be escorted to the property where you will be introduced to your villa and it's accommodations.

St.Thomas boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Only a 4 minute drive from OceanCliff villa is a favorite - Magen's Bay (one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world). Going south from the villa you will find Coki Beach with the famous Coral World aquariums and interactive sealife activities, plus excellent snorkeling. A little further is Sapphire Beach. ( my wife's favorite ) Famous for it's brilliant turquoise blue water and white sandy beach. Next comes Red Hook. A lively community with many wonderful eating, shopping and browsing spots. Also the location of the Ferry dock for trips to St.John adn Tortola. And of course, don't forget the duty free shopping centered in and around the main harbor of Charlotte Amalie with it's historic sites and more wonderful tasty restaurants.

Rental Rate Notes
CHRISTMAS WEEK 09 - $ 7,000.00Rental Policies
Check in time is 3:00 p.m., and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Contact us for general terms and conditions of rental. We will be happy to provide you with detailed information. Once availability is confirmed, half of your rent is due here to guarantee your reservation. After the initial funds have been received, you will be sent an electronic confirmation. The balance due of rent, hotel tax (8%) and damage deposit must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Contact us for further details. Damage deposits are fully refundable to you within 45-60 days of your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items and no additional cleaning for villa left abnormally dirty. Long distance calls not included .
Villa rented as one-week minimum stay. 50% deposit is required for reservation. 8% hotel tax and $500 refundable deposit. Rates are in US dollars.
