This oceanfront Condo is located on South Hutchinson Island with a million dollar view of the Atlantic Ocean. Is is perfect for snowbirds wanting to have fun and relax while enjoying beachfront living. The Condo is directly on a quiet beach and 20 yards from the ocean. You don't have to leave your balcony to enjoy spectacular sunrises or feel like you're on the beach. It is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. This low rise, first floor condo has quaint island charm. The exterior is newly landscaped and painted giving it a high-end resort feel. Covered parking is directly in front of the condo. A barbeque area is steps away and at the pool area. The large pool and jacuzzi are heated. A plasma TV and VCR are in the main living area and TV in the master bedroom. It's near the historical town of Stuart where there is a live theatre, shopping and fine dining. Other fun things to do in the area are boating, fishing, golfing, and tennis. South Hutchinson Island is centrally located between Miami and Orlando. It takes approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to Orlando attractions. Kennedy Space Center is 90 miles away and shuttles can be observed from the balcony.

Activities and Attractions

This area is known as the Treasure Coast and has old Florida charm. It is also known as the Sailfish Capital. There are fishing charter boats available one mile from the condo. South Hutchinson Island feels like you're on an island yet close to attractions in Orlando and Miami. There is also an outlet mall in Vero Beach, which is 30 minutes north. There is a Sealife Sanctuary and a Museum within walking distance from the condo. Downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach have fine dining and local craft shows.
