Description of the Property
Park City Ski House, 5 houses from slopes to Town Lift. This modern home is also just a short walk to Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. You really do not need a car. But the house has off street parking in the event you do have an auto.
This Park City Ski House has a huge master bedroom at the top on the top floor, together with a large bathroom and large bathtub.
On the main floor is the kitchen and living area. Here there is a half bath, laundary room with washer and dryer. This floor also has a balcony overlooking the Town Lift area. On the main floor is a wood burning stove, which keeps the home very warm on its own. Of course it has floor board center heat as well. The home comes equped with full kitchen utensils, gas range and oven; and dishwasher.
Downstairs is a bedroom with two single beds. This room has a bathroom with tub and shower. This room accesses the yard and a shared hot tub.
The home comes equiped with high speed internet and wifi. Cable TV and DVD and stereo system come as well.
This Park City Ski House is perfect all year round. 35 minutes from Salt Lake Airport. 2 minute walk to Main Street. 1 minute walk to the ski slope to the Town Lift.
