We are proudly taking reservations for the 2009-10 season for our terrific Deep Canyon Tennis Club condo. Enjoy your privacy and terrific mountain views from this preferred interior 2-story townhouse unit. Located just steps away from pool, spa, and tennis courts the two bedroom, one and 1/2 bath unit has been recently remodeled. The master bedroom has large his and her closets, queen bed, and all new furniture including TV and VCR. The second bedroom also has an extra large closet and a queen bed. There is a full bath upstairs and a powder room on the main floor.

The first floor is tiled throughout and the spacious kitchen has been totally redone with new cabinets, counters, stove and refrigerator, and newer stacked washer/dryer. There is a full entertainment center with stereo and a TV with both built in VCR and DVD player. The living room has new furniture, extended cable TV and an office area with free wireless internet service. The very private patios with gas BBQ grill and new patio furniture has an eastern exposure, enhanced with afternoon shade.

The lush, well maintained community grounds, pools, tennis courts and activities add to the Deep Canyon lifestyle. This is a no-smoking unit where well behaved pets are welcome. Deep Canyon Tennis Club, Dctc, is located in the highly desirable South Cove of Palm Desert. Surrounded by mountains and palm trees, this gated tennis community has 12 pools and jacuzzis, a clubhouse, locker rooms, and a small gym. There are 13 tennis courts (4 are lighted). The tennis program is well organized, fun and competetive. There is a full pro shop with two tennis pros on staff to help you schedule games, lessons, etc. Round robins, tournamants and socials are scheduled on a regular basis for all levels of play.

The grounds of this beautiful community consists of lush, mature landscape, a large greenbelt with scenic walking paths, and an excellent location just a one mile walk to the famous El Paseo Drive where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and live entertainment.

Golf enthusiasts can select from several first class golf courses within 1 to 5 miles.

The Living Desert Zoo and Botnical Garden is just one mile away.

The DCTC lifestyle has something for everyone incuding exercise and arts & craft classes and groups and an onsite library. A Putting Green, Basketball, Pickleball, Shuffleboard & Horseshoes are available for the sports enthusiast as are a gym, game room with ping-pong table, swimming pools and tennis courts. Rental Policies

Payment Options: Money Order, Personal or Cashiers Check Check In: 1:00PM Check Out: 11:00AM Minimum Stay: One month, additional days available at daily rate. $100.00 required cleaning fee and additional cleanings can be arranged at renters expense. $100 pet fee is required. In addition to the rental fee, there is a $50 administration fee for each rental. Tennis players must pay $50 one-time fee per rental.

Cancellations and Refunds A $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon confirmation of reservation. One half of balance is due 90 days prior to checkin. Remainder of rent is due 30 days prior to checkin.
