Tenant to submit a rental application (Call Frank for application to be faxed). The tenant must submit a completed application plus a $20 credit check fee with the application. Tenants must agree to comply with all rules of the Campinile Home Owner's Association. Tenants will agree to sign a Vacation Home Rental Agreement. Tenants must clean this home after their term of agreement.
The security deposit in the amount of $2,000.00 must be submitted along with the rental fee at the time the Rental Home Agreement is signed.
The security deposit will be refunded after the tenant has vacated and the landlord has made a walk through inspection of the residence. The security deposit will be refunded minus any damages.
