Our home is just 4 houses down from TWO neighborhood pools, with a cabana, sand volleyball court, and streets safe enough to walk on at night. This Panama City Beach garden home has everything to provide you with the perfect vacation. Your "home away from home" needs only you and maybe a few beach towels! Our fully stocked kitchen has all the large and small appliances you'll need to whip up a gourmet meal, as well as linens, and tableware for 8-10. (Of course if dining out is your preference you are just steps away from both fast food and romantic high end restaurants.) The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Our King, and 2 queens have ceiling fans, carpet, t.v.'s and vcr's. The den has a ceiling fan, t.v. (with expanded cable) , dvd player, and guest book filled with many ideas from previous guests about "where the action is". Also included is a sofa sleeper offering yet one more queen bed. You will find our home both beautifully decorated and exceptional well maintained and clean. There is a screened in porch for after hour talks and snacks, as well as a private dry place if you happen to smoke. There is ample parking for 2 cars as well. We are in a gated community making it safe and convenient for you to be in the action as much as you'd like, but able to "chill" when you want. We have 2 beautiful pools (one heated) and a cabana located only 4 houses down from our home, making your children always close at hand. There is also a sand volleyball court, and a shuffleboard court just steps away. Being within walking distance of Shipwreck Island Water Park, and the beach makes it easy to save on gas when you choose. There are all the amenities you have at home, and possibly a few more. Our home has a small library of books, and movies as well as all the linen, tableware, large appliances (stove, fridge, ice maker, washer, dryer, and garbage disposal.) and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, electric skillet, etc. that you'd want. We provide all the kitchenware you'll need to cook and serve your meals. You will find a stay at our home not only "home away from home" but a true Panama City Beach paradise!

Activities and Attractions
Within walking distance of our home is Shipwreck Island Water Park and the Beach. Just with these 2 alone you can find all the water activities you can imagine. There is swimming, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, dolphin excursions, banana boat rides, and too many others to mention. Also within walking distance of our home you'll find Montego Bay, Sweet Basils, Firefly, Friday's and Bone Fish all high end dining experiences. Fast food restaurants only steps away are Sonic, Dairy Queen, Java Joe, and Quiznos. Of course if you're up for a drive the NEW Pier Park Outlet with Jimmy Buffet's and much much more is only 1 1/2 miles down the strip, while WalMart, Ripley's Museum, amusement parks and putt putt galore is 1-3 miles in the other direction. The famous Pineapple Willys, LaVella and Spinnaker's are only 2 miles away on Thomas Drive. Right across the street is a new center with a Broken Egg and Bone Fish restaurant as well as many specialty shops with the unusual things that make wonderful souvenirs. Rental Rate Notes
March - Sept. $975.00 weekly Sat to Sat Oct. - Feb. $700.00 weekly sat to sat OR $100.00 nightly SNOWBIRDS ARE WELCOME. Monthly rates for Nov. - March $1,250.00Rental Policies
Spring and summer rentals are usually Sat. to Sat. This rate is $975.00 a week. Fall and Winter rates are generally $700 a week or $100 a night, but are more flexible, so call if you have a special need. SNOWBIRDS are welcome for up to 6 months a year so please CALL.
$300 deposit is required for weekly rental. $500 deposit is reguired for monthly rentals. $100.00 of the deposit is kept for cleaning fee. Once I receive the keys back, deposit is returned to you (less cleaning fee) within 3 days. SMOKING inside the home will cost you your deposit. Also at least one person MUST be 25 years of age.
Refunds are fully refundable 60 days in advance. Half deposit is returned if notified 30 days in advance. Less than 30 days are not refundable.
