This unit rents for $3900 per month in season (one month minimum). This includes all utilities including cable TV and all membership amenities. Golf is available at a nominal fee, as are water aerobics and added cruises, such as sunset or luncheon cruises.
Additional charges to tenant are membership transfer and application fees of $400 total. A security deposit of $1000 is required and refundable within 15 days of departure, based on condition of unit.

Pelican Sound is a 15 minute drive from Fort Myers airport and neighbors Fort Myers Beach and Naples. If you'd like to take a day trip you can head to the Everglades or take the shuttle from Fort Myers Beach to Key West. Major performances can be seen at the Barbara Mann Theater or Germain Arena and art lovers will enjoy Naples and Pine Island. For wonderful shelling you can head to Captiva or Sanibel within an hour.

Rental Rate Notes
Rental rates do not include the $400 membership transfer for golf/tennis/clubhouse use as well as taxes and a $150 cleaning fee. A $1000 deposit is required to secure the unit. Tenants staying more than 1 month will have internet included with their rent, single month rentals will be charged for this service if they would like it.Rental Policies
Rentals are a one month minimum and must be rented to/occupied by individuals over the age of 21. No pets are allowed and the condo is non smoking. All utilities are included. The rent is due in full one month prior to occupancy.
A $1000 deposit is due to secure the unit and will be refunded within 15 days after departure given the unit is left without in the condition in which it was first occupied by the tenant.
Cancellation of the rental within 60 days of occupancy will result in forfeit of the deposit.
