I take a refundable $500 damage deposit to book this property which is refunded to you within 14 days of check out as long as nothing has been damaged and no excessive cleaning is required. Full payment of rental fee is due 30 days before check in.

Full refund if tenant cancels rental agreement 21 or more days before check in. After than no refund.
