This beautiful 3/2 waterfront home was built in 1997 and has all the comforts of the Florida Key's.Located on Plantation Key (Tavernier) with a 60' dock on which you can fish from or simply dock your boat.The house has vaulted ceilings,tiled floors,screened porch.The "Master Bedroom" has a king size bed and private bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the third bedroom.The second and third bedroom each have an additional folding bed if needed.

Rental Rate Notes
Inquire for extra guess and pets $100.00 cleaning feeRental Policies
Small pets may be allowed,however pet owners must clean up after their pets or a $100.00 pet clean-up fee will be deducted from the deposit. Smoking is permitted outside only! You may use the screened porch as a smoking area.
A $500.00 deposit must be recieved in order to secure a booking. Deposit will be refunded upon completion of an inspection of the property. Any damages that occurred may be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to booking date or the deposit will not be refunded.
