Located in Central Florida on the East coast, New Smyrna Beach is the last surviving small beach town in the state. New Smyrna is an inlet, which cuts down on transient traffic and makes forfamily orented and romantic vacations. A canopy of live oak trees shade this property and make it truly unique. In a quiet residential neighborhood of New Smyrna Beach, the neighborhood is a mix of second homes and primary residences. Home is furnished beautifully; no condo furniture here! The foyer opens up to the living room, which is adjacent to the dining room. Dining rooms seats 8 easily. Color is everywhere without being overwhelming or "busy". Good sized kitchen with counter bar and adjacent tv area with sofa and chair. Master bedroom has queen bed and private bath. Other two bedrooms are a queen, and 2 sets of bunk beds. A great patio area with teak furniture and a private tent swing make this home enjoyable inside and out. Landscaped with carpet-like St. Augustine grass on a large lot. The short walk to the beach brings you to a walk over the dunes and if you look north towards Daytona you will see cars driving on the beach when tides allow. If you look south, you will see a quiet, no-driving beach that ends a few miles down the coast at Canaveral Seashore State Park.

Property manager lives in the neighborhood and is available 24/7 for any problems or additional items you may need....crib, etc. Please inquire about our personal concierge services like grocery delivery, discount attraction tickets, kayaking tour, fishing tour, surfing lessons, transportation to/from airport, rental car. You get extremely personal service with this house or you may wish to be left completely alone. Either way, a vacation home is a much warmer, enjoyable and comfortable experience than a hotel or condo.

Activities and Attractions
You will be 1 hr. from the Disney attractions, and 30 minutes from Cape Canaveral. (You can watch the space shuttle launches from the front yard). The Daytona International speedway is 20 minutes away for you Nascar fans. New Smyrna Beach is noted for its surfing, kayaking, quaint shopping avenue and spectacular restaurants. Only 10 minutes from Canaveral Seashore State Park enables you to camp on your own private "island" in mosquito Lagoon. House is flanked by the Atlantic Ocean on one side of the street, and the intracoastal waterway on the other. Both are a 2 minute walk. Fall is an exceptional time to visit our beach...beach is never crowded, weather is still warm, and there will be no lines at Disney or restaurants.

Rental Rate Notes
Security deposit of $300 to hold reservation at time of booking. Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. May cancel within 30 days of arrival for a full refund less $50 administrative fee. Deposit refund will be within 15 days of your check-out.
