This vacation home allows the renter to live around the private backyard swimming pool. At the renter's election, the pool can be heated to their desired temperature any time of year. Even in the cold winter months, this pool can be heated to 90 plus degrees for the duration of the stay. The cost of this option will be paid by the renter, but not to exceed $50.00 per day extra. The pool area is loaded with beach accessories from loungers, to sunchairs, umbrella, pool toys, outdoor propane barbeque and picnic table. Fun in the sun any month of the year with a heated pool.

Rental Policies
Weekly rental general rule policy. Shorter rental periods can be negotiated. Utilities included in rental rate except pool heating at renters request. Payment for week, deposit and signed agreement must be received 60 days in advance of occupancy.
$1,000.00 deposit requirement. Destroyed or missing property will be deducted from deposit.
Deposit refund within 30 days of departure less missing or destroyed item costs as outined in return letter.
