This very beautiful property is situated in desirable Carmel-by-the-Sea and is within only a short walking distance from town where you can go shopping, enjoy world-class restaurants, meander through art galleries, and go for romantic strolls on the beach. This is a brand new home with many exciting features. To mention just a few here we can start with the large Victorian, Caribbean-blue marble fireplace in the living room, and soft to the touch hand-hewn walnut floors throughout. The interior finishes are straight from Europe. Others have been handmade just for this house, (like the Zinc and bronze daffodil hand-rail that leads you up to your bedroom). Many of the sconces and chandeliers are of gold-infused Murano glass.
If these features sound a bit formal they are beautifully balanced by warm, comfortable furnishings. You can enjoy On-Demand cable with our large, flat-screen TV conveniently located over the fire-mantel, and cable internet is available. There is another smaller flat-screen TV in the master bed-room as well.
All window frames are of heavy mahogany and double-glazed which makes heating and sound proofing very efficient.
With the Vonage phone system you can call anywhere in the US at no extra charge.
The cosy kitchen is fully, yet efficiently equipped. Internet cable is also availed. Please never hesitate to ask questions. I am happy to help.

Rental Rate Notes
50% Oops deposit in addition to rental rate is required. Rent is to be paid in full 45 days in advance of arrival date. Deposit minus only a $300.00 cleaning fee will be returned with 30 days of departure. Cleaning fee is required.Rental Policies
We require 50% of the rental rate in order to hold the house for you. We also require 50% or $500.00 (which ever is more) for a refundable 'accident' deposit at the time of reservation. The balance of your rental fee is required a minimum of 45 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days bfore your arrival date you will be refunded 50% of your reservation deposit or 75% of the full rental fee, and 100% of your accident fee.
