Far Tortuga is a luxury vacation villa on the laidback north side of Grand Cayman. The villa sits on its own private beach overlooking the Caribbean with a 120-foot dock, freshwater pool, and gazebo. Inside the Villa Far Tortuga sleeps ten to 12 in its four-bedroom main villa and one-bedroom studio. With cheerful décor and plenty of sunlight, each room in the spacious main house radiates Cayman's warm spirit. Relax as ceiling fans spin from the living room's cathedral ceiling. Chat with family and friends in the open kitchen and dining area. Still not relaxed? Escape the villa for the hammock in the gazebo at the end of the dock! On the Beach Not Another Soul! The villa's screened lanai offers a shady spot to enjoy a cool drink and great views of the ocean. From the lanai, step onto the outdoor patio that surrounds a new freshwater pool. Far Tortuga's 120-foot dock stretches from its private beach to an exotic, thatched gazebo. From here you can take a 360° panorama of the sea's pristine water and the beach's soft sand. The surrounding coral reef is teaming with marine life and is considered one of the best snorkeling areas on Grand Cayman! Things to Do Fish, Dive, Eat, and Play Lush underwater worlds for divers, unbeatable fishing grounds for anglers, and unique local flavors for foodies - Grand Cayman could keep anyone busy. But, no one will think less of you if you choose to do nothing at all. Fishing The waters near Far Tortuga, on Grand Cayman's north side, offer some of the Caribbean's best fishing grounds. We can help you charter a boat for your bonefish, deep-sea marlin, or reef fishing trip. Dining There are excellent restaurants just around the corner from Far Tortuga - The Lighthouse, Portofino's, The Kaibo Yacht Club, Morritt's Tortuga Club, Driftwood Village Sports Bar, Over the Edge, and Rum Point. If you'd rather cook in the villa's spacious kitchen, Chisholm's supermarket is a short, 500-foot walk down the road. Where to Play Red Sail Sports Dive Cayman Cayman Kayaks Pirates Week Festival Cayman Turtle Farm Cayman Islands Restaurant Guide Diving Caribbean recreational diving got its start in Cayman. The area's crystal waters reveal coral reefs, brilliantly colored marine life, and even shipwrecks. Ocean Frontiers and Red Sail Sports are world-class, full-service dive operations just minutes from Far Tortuga. Reefs at nearby Rum Point and Tortuga Club are ideal for snorkeling. Parrot's Reef and Smith's Cove south of George Town are popular with divers who flock to see vibrant parrotfish, corals, and sea fans. Sights and Attractions The island's Botanic Park is just a few miles from the villa. Its mile-long hiking trail snakes through 40 acres of native woodlands; the park's Heritage Garden features a restored turn-of-the-century Caymanian farmstead. From Far Tortuga, it's just a 30-minute drive to the sights of Seven Mile Beach and George Town, the island's main town. George Town is home to the National Gallery with works from local and international artists, as well as the National Museum's cultural exhibits. History buffs will want to make stops at the town's colonial-era church, graveyard, and reconstructed great house. Nightlife There are a number of bars and lounges near Far Tortuga. Don't miss the Sunday BBQ at the Driftwood Village Sports Bar, home of Frank's world-famous Mudslides! Enjoy the live entertainment nightly at Morritt's Tortuga Club. At Rum Point, there is a great beach bar, lots of beach activites and a live band on Saturday afternoon. Your Corner of Cayman See Grand Cayman's Best Side Far Tortuga is perfectly situated on Grand Cayman's north coast. The villa is within easy walking distance of a grocery store. While several restaurants and two water-sport shops are just a short drive away. It's also close to ferries that quickly shuttle golfers to the beautiful courses near Seven Mile Beach. The Road Less Traveled The island's north coast − North Side, Rum Point, and Cayman Kai − is the road less traveled. The area is largely private homes and a few condos. Unlike congested Seven Mile Beach, the north coast has no hotels, no traffic, and no crowds. But just a 35-minute ferry ride or drive, and you can be in the center of all that action, for a while. Until you're ready to return to the peace and quiet of the north coast.

April 15 to December 14 rates are for either the 4 Bedroom Villa or the 4 Bedroom Villa and 1 Bedroom Studio 50% due to book and balance due 60 days prior to arrival 50 % due at booking- No security Deposit required If we re-book your week, we refund the total amount paid less any costs incured to re-book, Travel agent fees etc. Hurricane Policy- 100% refund of unused nights.
