Our condo was completely remodeled in 2006, and features a full (small) kitchen, private lanai, with fabulous view of the beach! We are steps from shopping, restaurants, the big hotels, International Marketplace, and within a few blocks of the Honolulu Zoo, Duke's, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Macy's.
With one queen bed, and a full size sofa sleeper, our condo is ideal for one person, a couple, or a small family with 1 child. Our prices are most competitive for the area and what our unit has to offer.
For ultimate security, we accept Visa, MC, and AmEx, or personal checks. It is highly recommended that all consumers use credit cards when purchasing goods and services in advance, or from people you are not familiar with. There is no additional charge to use your credit card.

Rental Rate Notes
Please inquiry about discounts for last minute stays, or extended stays! We reply to all inquiries promptly.Rental Policies
All stays require a $100 cleaning fee, and a refundable security deposit. Deposit is due to reserve your dates, and balance is due 45 days before arrival.
We reserve the right to keep all money paid, in the rare event that a cancelation is necessary, and we are unable to rebook the dates. If we are able to rebook the dates, guests will receive any amounts we were able to recuperate. A brief rental agreement outlining the cancelation policy will be supplied for review and approval prior to confirmation of reservation.
