Cleaning fee of $150.Rental Policies
50% of total booking amount due up to 2 months prior to arrival, afterwhich full amount is payable.
Refundable security deposit of $950.
Cancellations allowed up to two months before booking, booking amount will be refunded less a $150 admin fee. Less than two months prior to arrival booking is final and no cancellations allowed or no fees will be refunded.
