Relaxation takes over as you pull into the driveway and see the water. The view of the sunset across the lake behind Mount Washington is spectacular. The water is almost always calm enough to waterski, tube, kayak or just watch the loons. Fishing is excellent, the 20' dock is great for dropping in a line or just diving in! This lake is a mile across or better and is 62' deep. It is extremely clean as it is spring fed. there are two kayaks and a canoe for paddling and going on an adventure. There is a convenience store within walking distance. Excellent Restaurants, night clubs and yes a drive-in theater are within driving distance. Also, Golf, skiing, hiking and shopping, a new Cabela's and LLBean retail are close by. The mall is 25 minutes away as is the airport. The cottage itself has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, and a breakfast nook for eating, reading or playing a game while looking over the lake. Wireless internet and a computer are also included.

On-Site Amenities

The breakfast nook is my favorite place. There is a nice chair to read with a reading lamp. there is a table with folding leaves to play monopoly or cards while looking at the lake. The dock is 20' long and the water is typically 5' deep off the end.

Activities and Attractions

Sebago lake region is loaded with activities. Naples has paddle boats, and hang gliding. The area has a brew pubs with excellent food and beer. There are night clubs such as Kahuna's and Rick's cafe. Approximately 1 mile away there is a wonderful ice cream stand, Mosquitos, very reasonable ice cream. Golf at Point Sebago is approximately 10 minutes away. There are many, many breakfast restaurants all around.

Rental Policies

Property is available at 3pm and must be vacated by 10am. Renters are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels. (One Queen, four twin size beds). Tableware, cookware and other kitchen items are provided as well as mops, brooms etc. The dock and beach area are well maintained and carefully monitored by the association. Renter will be responsible for any damage to the house or property. It is understood and agreed between TENANT and OWNER that any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action shall cause tenancy to be subject to termination forthwith, and all monies to be forfeited. Maximum occupancy is stated in your tenant rental agreement and on the property information sheet. Owners reserve the right to set occupancy limits. There is no smoking on the property and no pets. IA deposit of one half (50%) of the rental rate is required when a reservation is made. The Rental Balance and the Cleaning/Security Deposit ($100) is due14 days before arrival. A Tenant Rental Agreement will be sent which must be signed and returned along with the deposit payment (50% of total rental) to secure the rental period. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full by cash, certified check or money order. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. Ask about Discounts for repeat guests who take good care of the property. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure provided there is no damage, or additional cleaning required. The property and/or it's premises is not to be altered in any way without the express written permission of the owner. The Deposit is not refundable. In the event of cancellation, if the property is re-rented for the entire period reserved - all monies will be returned minus a $50 processing fee -. If the property is not re-rented, you will forfeit your advance rental payment. The $100 refundable cleaning deposit will be returned in full if the property is not damaged, home items are not missing, the house is clean and ready for the next rental as outlined in the rental agreement and vacated by check-out time.
