The kitchen is complete with a pantry that has miscellaneous non-perishable items that you may use during your stay. 65 Fairway Oaks has two separate living areas, one offers amazing views of Castle Rock, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte., the other living area has spectacular views of the 11th green and the 12th tee of the celebrated Oak Creek Country Club designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
The 1100 square foot observation deck is undoubtedly the home's main attraction: with elevated theater viewing and three separate seating areas, you are privy to unparalleled views of the Red Rocks, Great golf and the wondrous wildlife of Sedona.
Your day begins with the sounds of the golf course coming to life-the irrigation system watering the perfectly groomed grass, the groundskeeper pulling up to the 11th green to set pin placement for the day. As you have your morning coffee, you will watch the simplicity of the rabbits, birds and squirrels rejoicing in a new day.
Throughout the day, step out your front door and walk among the Red Rocks or just relax at one of the three seating areas and watch the golfers trying to make par on the 11th green or critique the driving skills of the golfers on the 12th tee.
As you prepare dinner on the Vermont Casting Gas Barbeque; take in the spectacular views of the golf course. Savor your sumptuous meal at one of the two picturesque seating areas. After dinner, enjoy an absolutely stunning sunset with Cathedral Rock and Castle Rock as nature's backdrop. Once the sun sets, settle in for a star-show of your life on the beautiful observation deck.

Preparing dinner in the very functional Kitchen, you will be at the center of all things entertaining-surrounded by the best views of the golf course, a fabulous vantage of the big screen television, and the stereo system with a variety of CDs is just a finger tip away.
In the Family Room, you will be astonished by the spectacular views of the 11th green and the 12th tee of the famed Oak Creek Country Club. In the evening, you can ensconce yourself in the oversized chairs by the fireplace and read one of the many books and magazines available or watch your favorite program on the 52" flat screen television. The couch converts to a queen size bed.
Your guest will enjoy a gorgeous bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, a 20" flat screen television and views of the Sedona Red Rocks. The attached bathroom comes complete with toiletries, a handicap accessible shower featuring a rain head shower head and inspiring views of Cathedral Rock.
The master Bedroom has a very grand California king size bed featuring Sleep Number Control, a 20" flat screen television and unbelievable views of the golf course.The master bathroom features double sinks complete with toiletries, jetted spa bath tub and a walk-in closet. In the morning, you can step out on the observation deck to greet the sun and have breakfast on the custom wrought iron sun/moon patio table.

Reservations with less than 45 days notice, requires 100% prepayment. Payment by check requires a $550.00 deposit. Final payment by check must be cleared by bank 45 days prior to check-in. Security Deposit: $350.00 Refundble Security deposit due at time of reservation. Cleaning Fee: $150.00 Pets: Not Accepted We offer a Smoke-free Environment. No smoking is allowed in the home. Smoking is restricted to the patio area only. Reservation Confirmation Process: Authorize Hospitality Agreement by completing entire agreement including the names of all guests occuying the property at any time.
